I was extraordinarily pleased with the outstanding work the team did on my SUV. It just experienced a lot of dirt and sand and sticky stuff after a week at the beach! The car came out of the service day gleaming and shining. I wish I knew the names of all of the members on the team but Nick, Mo Josh, and several others on the Saturday afternoon shift were extremely polite, helpful, and kind. I'm telling you you can't beat the service here. I've been doing this for a long time at different centers. This one ranks at the top. Scrub-A-Dub Natick.

I was here in for about 30 minutes, got a quick wash and was helped by Mo and Ethan had a nice conversation and then got my interior cleaned for about 40 dollars. The car was brought out by a kid named Mike in Great condition, I almost thought it was a new car. They provide a sitting area with coffee, WiFi and a bathroom which was kept clean, and outdoor vacuums. 👍

Your rinsing system needs an update. I left the car wash today and there was still soap drops on a lot of spots on the car and the windshield.Even wiping down at the car wash does not help. I have to return home and use water and a cloth to remove them. Sometimes it is fine. Other times like today not so fine. And I purchase the unlimited car wash.
